I highly recommend BCB Flooring after my fantastic experience with them. A friend pointed me in their direction, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the start, Lewis was incredibly helpful. I was in the midst of a two-story extension project and had a clear vision for my flooring: herringbone in the hallway, utility room, and kitchen; simple flooring in the bathroom; and carpets in the master suite. Lewis took the time to discuss all the details with me, and his expertise was invaluable. When I chose a carpet, he suggested a slightly different option that would hold up better over time. I visited the showroom several times, and every interaction with Lewis was attentive and welcoming. He was prompt in responding to my calls, which I truly appreciated. Steve handled the installation of all my flooring. Herringbone isn’t the easiest to install—especially running through three rooms with a border—but Steve's experience and skills were evident throughout the process. He went above and beyond, even coming in on a Saturday to ensure the job was completed. Both Lewis and Steve exceeded my expectations. The products are superb, the service is fantastic, and the fitting is truly excellent.
